Acceptable Use Policy

1. Purpose

This policy applies to all Motiona accounts, prompts, uploads, projects, and generated content. You may not bypass moderation, split prohibited prompts to evade detection, or automate circumvention of safeguards.

2. Sexual content and child safety

• Pornography, explicit sexual acts, sexual services, exploitation, fetish content, or content intended for sexual arousal is prohibited.
• Any sexualized, nude, grooming, or exploitative content involving minors or apparent minors is strictly prohibited, including fictional, animated, and AI-generated content.
• You may not market or use the platform for “NSFW,” “uncensored,” “unfiltered,” or similar purposes.

3. Deepfakes, identity, and privacy

• Face swaps, deepfakes, impersonation, or non-consensual manipulation of a real person’s face, body, voice, or identity is prohibited.
• Do not create deceptive political media, fabricated evidence, false news, or content impersonating governments, companies, or individuals.
• Do not expose private information, stalk, harass, threaten, or humiliate others.

4. Violence, self-harm, and hateful content

• Content promoting terrorism, extremism, real-world violence, abuse, torture, or graphic injury is prohibited.
• Content encouraging suicide, self-harm, eating disorders, or dangerous challenges is prohibited.
• Hateful degradation, segregation, or incitement to violence based on protected characteristics is prohibited.

5. Illegal, dangerous, and fraudulent activity

• Content facilitating weapons, drugs, scams, cyberattacks, malware, evasion of law enforcement, or other illegal conduct is prohibited.
• Forged identity documents, financial records, medical materials, exams, or official documents intended to deceive are prohibited.
• Do not use the service for review manipulation, artificial engagement, spam, or deceptive commercial practices.

6. Intellectual property and platform abuse

• Only upload or process content you have the right to use; do not counterfeit brands or infringe copyright, trademark, publicity, or other rights.
• Do not scrape, reverse engineer, resell generation access, compromise accounts, attack systems, or interfere with other users.

7. Moderation and enforcement

Image and video prompts are automatically screened before model invocation. Flagged or denied prompts—and prompts submitted while moderation is unavailable—will not reach a generation model. We may investigate with automated systems and human review and may warn, remove content, limit features, suspend, or terminate accounts.

8. Reporting

To report potentially illegal, infringing, or policy-violating content, email support@motiona.cc with relevant links, screenshots, and context. For imminent physical danger, contact local emergency services first.
