1. Information we collect

When you register for or use Motiona, we collect information needed to operate the service, including your email, username, a secure password hash, credit balance, transaction history, and information you send to support.

• Creative content: prompts, uploaded images, projects, storyboards, generated outputs, and related settings.
• Usage data: access times, device and browser information, request logs, errors, and security events.
• Payment data: checkout, order, refund, and billing status. Full payment-card details are handled by Creem and its payment partners; Motiona does not store full card numbers.

2. How we use information

• Provide accounts, creation tools, storage, payments, credits, and customer support.
• Screen prompts before image or video generation and prevent fraud, abuse, and illegal activity.
• Maintain, troubleshoot, and improve the service and analyze aggregated usage trends.
• Meet contractual, tax, payment, compliance, and legal obligations.

3. Service providers and data sharing

To perform requested functions, we may share limited data with providers including Vercel (hosting), cloud database providers and Alibaba Cloud OSS (storage), Replicate and selected model providers (generation), DeepSeek and OpenRouter (text processing), and Creem and its partners (payments, taxes, fraud prevention, and content moderation). These providers process data under their own policies.

We do not sell personal information. We disclose it only as needed to provide the service, comply with law, protect users, complete transactions you request, or with your consent.

4. Retention and security

Account and creative data are generally retained while your account remains active. Some transaction and log data may be kept longer for disputes, refunds, security, and legal obligations. We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.

5. International transfers

Motiona serves users globally, and providers may operate outside your country. Your data may be processed in jurisdictions with different data-protection rules, subject to safeguards required by applicable law.

6. Your choices and rights

Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, export, or deletion of personal data, object to or restrict certain processing, or withdraw consent. We may verify your identity and retain records required for transaction, security, or compliance purposes.

7. Children and policy changes

The service is not intended for users under 18. We may update this policy and will show the revised date here; material changes will be communicated through reasonable means.
